| PRE-OWNED MACHINES LISITNG Conditions of Use As with many things in life and business, conditions change. Orbit Screens, Inc. is furnishing this page for use by company customers and others who are owners of Orbit Screens or Satellite Screens, who wish to sell their machines. Orbit Screens, Inc. will also use these pages to list used company owned machines such as trade-ins. There will be no charge or guarantees made for this service however there are conditions to mention. 1. All transactions are to be between the owners and purchasers of any machine listed. Orbit Screens, Inc. will not be involved with the transaction in any way, except to provide this venue, unless it is a company owned machine. 2. Listings for other makes of screening machines will not be accepted, unless the machined is owned by Orbit Screens, Inc. 3. All listings will be forwarded to Orbit Screens, Inc. for approval before a listing is posted. 4. We suggest the listing include the following: Company name Contact persons name Address Telephone number Fax number E-mail address Web-site address Machine Model and Serial number. Options or extra screen dishes installed or available. Age of machine A statement of up to 50 words describing the machine. Up to three photos of the machine. 5. Final approval of the material to be posted will be made by Orbit Screens who will post the listing on a time and space available schedule. 6. Each posting will be maintained for up to 60 days. Re-listing applications will be considered 7. The posting party will immediately notify Orbit Screens, Inc. of a sale of the posted machine which will initiate removal of the posting on this site. 8. Interested parties should contact the seller directly. Do not call Orbit Screens, Inc. unless the machine is listed by Orbit Screens, Inc. 9. Orbit screens, Inc., its staff and employees make no representation that the information posted is correct and does not warranty any machine unless covered by a written statement covering the specific machine noted.
