I am very pleased to report there is a flurry of activities ongoing. Our immediate task, merging two manufacturing/sales companies products and personnel is making good progress.
Multitek has had Top Management, Sales, Engineering, Parts & Service, Accounting and a Welder on our site learning, sorting, counting, packaging, loading, hauling records and inventory home. These tasks along with finishing two machines at our Delhi facility is scheduled to be finished by December 31,2023.
For me personally, this closing culminates more than a decade of searching for a suitable company to take over the last products that my talented teams and I had introduced over many decades of using, designing, manufacturing and sales of construction equipment.
When I started looking to sell Orbit Screens, Inc. I made list of Goals. The first Goal was to find a company that had a good record of servicing their customers.
Second was to find a company with a goal of taking Orbital Action to its rightful place in it’s immense market place.
Third, this company must have the financial foundations necessary to accomplish this task.
